Thank you for shopping at SixTreks.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our returns and refunds policy lasts 30 days, giving you ample time to return a product if it does not fulfill your expectations.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging, which must also be in good condition.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Customized or personalized goods.
  • Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded).
  • Products that have been used or altered.
  • Products not purchased directly through our website.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at the contact details below to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
